Refund policy
Based on the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on consumer rights, the Customer has the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods and return them to the Seller without giving a reason for refusal. In case of refusal, the costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the refusal, the Customer must ensure the return of the goods to the Seller, and within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the refusal, the Seller returns the money paid for the goods to the Customer.
ARTEOS HOME asks the customer to inspect the product within 14 days of receiving it and in case of non-conformity or damage, contact ARTEOS HOME to arrange for its return or exchange.
When returning the product, please pack the product back in the original packaging and deliver to the address: Matīsa iela 18, Centrs, LV-1001, Latvia, Riga
Pay attention to the fact that the courier is only responsible for external damage to the product and does not take responsibility for the content of the product.
The Buyer cannot make claims for product damage if:
About the shortcomings or defects of the Goods, which occurred during the Buyer's own transportation and/or installation of the Goods;
The item was repaired on its own;
The Product is used in an inappropriate environment (for example, high humidity) or if the Products are not used for their intended purpose.

ARTEOS HOME reserves the right to refuse the execution of this contract if the document proving the purchase is not preserved, as well as if the product is used and damaged.
In the event that Arteos Home makes a refund for a product that has been found to be damaged, the money paid will be returned to your bank account.
