Shipping policy

When purchasing goods in the ARTEOS HOME e-store, you can choose one of two delivery methods:

  • Free of charge. Receive the goods at the ARTEOS HOME goods delivery point at Matīsa street 18, Riga, Centrs, LV-1001, by prior arrangement. The product must be picked up within 5 working days after the order is prepared.
  • Delivery of goods with Omniva parcel. Delivery costs in Latvia are 3.00 EUR, to Estonia and Lithuania: 6.99 EUR 

Delivery times

- After payment of the invoice, the order is processed and sent within 2 working days to the most convenient parcel for you. You will find the most convenient Omniva parcel here: https://www.omniva.lv/privats/adreses. DELIVERY MAY BE DELAYED DURING HOLIDAYS AND PANDEMIC DUE TO PARCEL LOAD.

- Shipping to Lithuania and Estonia takes 3-7 working days.

- Receiving the goods in stock at the ARTEOS HOME goods collection point: within 0 - 2 working days from placing the order.*

* in the case of an invoice - after receiving payment.

We offer the opportunity to complete the order as a gift and send it to your friend. When placing an order, write in the comments how to address (friend's name), how to sign (your/sender's name) and what to wish for.
We also send shipments outside of Latvia via Omniva or Latvijas Pasta. Write us a request to which country you want to place an order to find out shipping costs.

Important:
If the goods are delivered by courier - at the time of delivery of the goods, the recipient of the goods may be asked to present a personal identification document to identify the identity of the person.
After receiving the goods, you must check the conformity of the goods with the ordered ones and sign the acceptance/handover document. By signing the document, you confirm that the goods have been delivered in good condition.

In all cases when the courier delivers the product and if the packaging of the product is wrinkled, wet or otherwise damaged from the outside, you must indicate (write a comment) in the confirmation of receipt of the shipment or write a separate document about such defects. This should be done in the presence of the courier. ARTEOS HOME is not responsible for defects in the goods that were obvious at the time of delivery, but were not indicated in the goods delivery confirmation.
